Riv's Gus Boots and Susie Longbolts are their long wheelbase, big tire, ultimate rough stuff Hillibikes. The Susie a little bit less than the Gus due to it's lighter tubeset and 205lb conservative guess of a weight limit. That being said the Susie is no slouch offroad and isn't in the same realm as a thin walled planey rando frame, it just doesn't quite have the same abuse cushion as its stout counterpart (stouterpart?) Gus Boots. The Gus Boots is built tough and sports a 1 1/8" threadless head tube to match the slightly fatter tube set.
Build Notes:
Each frame comes with a headset. The Gus includes all spacers in the photo with the star nut set in the top of the fork (no stem). The Susie only comes with one spacer, so you will need some.
Susie has a 1" Threaded Steerer while Gus has a 1 1/8" Threaded Steerer.
The Small and Medium of both frames take a 650b/27.5 wheel set.
The Large and Extra Larges take a 700c/29" wheel set.
Max tire clearance is 2.8" no matter the wheel size.
Best built with V-Brakes, but cantis will work just fine.
PBH's are lightly flexible because of the step-through
