These Reflective Triangles made by Bike Buds, here in Richmond, Virginia, and are an homage to The Lug. They are made using recycled Diamond Grade Retroreflective material, which reflects a huge percentage of the amount of light thats shone into it.
If you get the Orange with Black outer color, the Black (remnants of the old lettering on the signs) actually scratches away, so it will patina with time, which I reckon is pretty cool. You could also scratch your own design into it if you want to get real personal with. it. No two Black with Orange reflectors are the same, some will have a lot of black, some not, some the black will be one big stripe, some will just be one or two little chunks.
Keep in mind, these are made from a recycled material, so there may be some very small scuffs in the orange material, nothing major. The scuffs will not effect the reflectiveness of the material.
The centers are all made from remnants of fabric from other projects. Bike Buds is trying to keep waste to an absolute minimum over there.
Each Triangle comes with a micro bungee so you can attach it wherever you can wrap it around.
