The White Industries M30 and R30 cranks are robust, versatile, and easy on the eye making them a good choice for any bike. They have easily interchangeable chainrings allowing you to swap ring sizes or even go from a 1x to a 2x system if desired. The arms come in Polished or Black and have different color anodized caps to add that little extra bit of flare to your build.

R30:
The R30 is White's slightly lighter and narrower option that's meant for a 68mm BB shell. Its boxy design means it is very stiff which helps translate all that leg power into spinning those wheels!

M30:
The M30 is White's tough and slightly wider option, meant for a 73mm BB shell. It's 2023 aluminum construction allows it to hold up when the going gets rough on the trail, but not weigh you down when you're spinning fast on the roads.

A30:
The A30 is one of White's two combo cranks. It is the "mountain" spindle from the M30, with the "road" arms from the R30. This means two things: One, the arms are lighter than the M30 by just a bit, and two, the more important thing, is the Q factor is narrow. If you've got an Evasion, Evasion Lite, Nor'Easter or a Wombat, like your Q to be narrow, and don't mind having a bit lighter of an arm, then this is the crank.
