XS frame, geared with a ludicrously low 30t (front) x 42t (rear) and the best canti brakes ever made - the Avid Shorty's. I like this bike so much, I bought a second one in Light Sea Green to build up as a "Winter" bike with fendered bike with dynamo lighting.
