These have the outer diameter of a drop bar, so you can run drop bar levers, and the inner diameter at the ends so you can run bar end shifters. They're a little different looking, but are actually pretty dang comfortable, which is a big plus.
Can be ran with drop or rise, depending on how you like your fit.
