These bags by Berthoud completely eliminate the need for a decaleur by using a simple nylon strap that loops around your stem or handlebar. Imagine how easy that will make it to swap from bike to bike, or how easy setting up your cockpit will be. In addition to the stem/bar loop, there are two additional straps running from underneath the bag, through two leather straps, and up the sides to give you a solid rack mounting point. The bags keep their rigidity, shape, and svelte-ness (a real thing) thanks to a tubular carbon frame on the inside. They have two outside pockets and a small zipper pouch on the inside under the map pocket.
